Cover in collaboration with translator and artist Genese Grill. Musil’s signature was digitized in vector graphics for scalability and expressive use on the back cover. The design features the caps of the chiseled serif typeface MT Albertus, a classic and well proportioned typeface by Berthold Wolpe cut in the 1930s and named after Albertus Magnus — recently redesigned by Toshi Omagari at Monotype as part of the Wolpe Collection.
