A 5×8" 410-page book with semi-automatic line justification (28 lines per page) with footnotes and custom fn. rulers. Typesetting time: 8 weeks in 30 design sessions; 11 proofing files.

Cover design details:

5×8", spine size 0.839" (410 pp.).
Cover in collaboration with Rainer J. Hanshe. The design features the not widely distributed drawing of a clown by Fellini himself — the clown being a fundamental figure for this Italian film director and screenwriter. The display typography showcases the novel typeface FT Malamondo, inspired by the lettering of the 1960s with interlocking ligatures.
